           Life is unpredictable or as some would say Life be life'n. What does that mean exactly? Life by definition can be defined in a many of ways, it's the mindset that creates its own reality. Some days feel like a breeze, with everything aligning effortlessly. Other times, it can feel like we're caught in the middle of a storm....or even a wildfire--overwhelmed by 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
        
            stress, uncertainty, and emotional turbulence. In those moments, finding calm can seem like an impossible task. But truth is, peace is always within reach. The key is learning how to access it, even when the world around you is chaotic.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;b&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
          
             Isaiah 26:3
            &#xD;
        &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/b&gt;&#xD;

            Here's a few tips to help you find calm amid life's storm, no matter how turbulent things may seem.

           Let Go of What You Can't Control

           One of the most difficult aspect's of life's storms is the realization that some things are beyond our control. Whether it's external circumstances, other people's actions, or the uncertainty of the future, the sooner we let go of the need to control everything, the sooner we can find peace. Focus on what you can control--your reactions, your mindset, and your actions. By releasing attachment to the outcome, you open yourself up to a sense of freedom. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/blockquote&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;blockquote&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;b&gt;&#xD;

           Another way of finding calm amid the storm is learning to accept that challenges are part of life. Every storm has its purpose, and often, it brings growth, new perspectives, or valuable lessons. Cultivating patience with yourself and the process can allow you to move through turbulent times with more grace. Trust that you are equipped to handle whatever comes your way.

            As an advocate for alternative medicine, I chose to introduce herbal blends first as I saw a greater need for it. Working in the supplement industry for 15 years, I know one thing for certain, people hate swallowing pills and if it taste horrible they don't want it in liquid form either. Simple, satisfying + cost saving..tea was a no brainer.

            Before 2023 respectfully slide in here I want to take time out to express gratitude and share some thoughts as well as what to expect from TheLuxeTemple in the year ahead. First, thank you to everyone who shopped my brand this year and introduced it to someone who could benefit. I secretly begin building this brand Fall of '21 and launched this Spring not knowing what to expect, my husband heard me mention the idea
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           once
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            before he started seeing the materials arrive at our doorstep. What I held onto while researching and formulating blends were the "what if's". What if I could have started my grandmother on an alternative med &amp;amp; diet regimen years ago? What if I didn't wait for Lulu to come pickup her supplements and delivered them months ago instead? What if more minorities prioritized their health and were educated on health &amp;amp; wellness? What if I mastered keeping these houseplants thriving, could I do the same on a few acres of land and grow my own herbs?
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

            Those "what if's" lead me to where I am today, nine months in business as a
